Ledger & Ladder

Two programmes. Same syllabus, different amount of attention.

Choose the group if you learn well alongside other people and want the lower price. Choose one-to-one if your situation is unusual, your time is scarce, or you want somebody looking at your actual numbers every week.

Choosing

A short decision guide

Take the group programme if

  • You have a regular salary or reasonably stable income
  • You are starting from scratch and want the standard path
  • Hearing other people's questions helps you learn
  • You can commit to one fixed evening a week for eight weeks
  • Price matters and you are willing to do more of the work yourself
  • You want a cohort to keep you honest about assignments

Take the one-to-one programme if

  • Your income is irregular, seasonal or from several sources
  • You already freelance and need pricing and tax structure, not basics
  • You would not show your real figures in front of a group
  • Your schedule cannot hold a fixed weekly slot
  • You want a specific route launched, not a menu explained
  • You want the whole thing finished in six weeks rather than eight

Included in both

Templates you will actually send

Practicalities

Before you enrol

What you need

  • A computer or tablet with a stable connection
  • Access to your own bank statements for the last three months
  • Three to five hours a week, including the session
  • A spreadsheet program — a free one is fine
  • Willingness to write things down honestly

Payment

One payment, in advance, in US dollars. Accepted methods are listed at checkout. Invoices available on request. See the terms for taxes and currency conversion.

Dates

Group cohorts start on [[COHORT START DATES]]. The weekly session is held on [[DAY]] at [[TIME + TIMEZONE]]. One-to-one places are booked directly with the instructor.

If it is not right for you

Refunds are covered by the refund policy: a full refund is available before the second session of either programme. Read it before paying, not after.

Pick the format that matches how you learn

Group cohorts run every month and cap at twelve people. One-to-one places open a few at a time, because each one takes a fixed block of the week.

Not sure yet? Send a short note about your situation — how many hours a week you have, what you have already tried, and what you want money to do for you. You will get a straight answer about which format fits, or whether neither does.
