Questions, answered without marketing language

If something is not here, ask. Questions asked more than twice get added to this page.

Courses and content

Do I need any financial knowledge before starting?

None. The first module assumes nothing beyond being able to read a bank statement, and every term is defined the first time it appears. People with existing knowledge tend to find modules three and four more valuable.

What is the difference between the two courses?

The material is the same. The group programme spreads it over eight weeks with up to eleven other people at $130. The one-to-one programme compresses it into six private sessions built around your figures at $250. There is a full comparison on the courses page.

Which one should I choose?

If your income is a regular salary and you are starting from scratch, the group programme is usually right. If your income is irregular, you already freelance, your schedule is unpredictable, or you would not discuss real numbers in a group, choose one-to-one.

Can I switch from the group to one-to-one?

Yes, within the first three weeks. The $130 is credited and you pay the $120 difference. After three weeks a full place is required.

How much time does it take each week?

Three to five hours including the live session. Weeks six and seven are heaviest, because that is when outreach begins.

Is there a recording if I cannot attend live?

Yes. Group sessions are recorded and posted within twenty-four hours, available for six months. One-to-one sessions are recorded and kept for twelve months.

What language is everything in?

English, in all sessions, materials and feedback. Plain English, with terms defined and a glossary available.

Do I get a certificate?

On request, yes. It states that you completed the programme. It is not an accredited professional qualification and should not be presented as one.

Is the material updated?

Yes. Platform fees, payment rules and marketplace conditions change, so the income-route guides are revised before each cohort. Principles change far less often.

Money and expectations

How much will I earn after the course?

Nobody can honestly tell you that, and anyone who does should worry you. The course shows what specific routes typically pay, how long the first payment takes, and how to test cheaply. Your result depends on your skill, your market and your effort.

Will this make me rich?

No. It will make you competent with money and give you a realistic route to additional income. Competence compounds over decades; that is the honest offer.

Do you guarantee I will find clients?

No. We guarantee the method, the feedback and the support. Sending the approaches is your part, and no course can do it for you.

Is this multi-level marketing or a network scheme?

No. There is nothing to recruit anyone into, no downline, no commission for referrals, and no product sold to you afterwards. If anyone claims otherwise using our name, please report it.

Do you sell anything after the course?

No. There is no advanced tier, mastermind or signal group. You can buy another block of one-to-one sessions if you want one, but you will never be pitched.

Do you earn affiliate commission from the tools you mention?

No. No material contains affiliate or referral links. Where a specific platform is mentioned, it is because it is relevant, and alternatives are given.

Payment and admin

How do I pay?

One payment in advance, in US dollars, by the methods listed at checkout. Details: [[PAYMENT METHODS]].

Can I pay in instalments?

[[STATE YOUR INSTALMENT POLICY]]. Whatever you decide, state it plainly here and in the terms.

Do you offer discounts?

[[STATE ANY CONCESSION OR HARDSHIP POLICY]].

Can I get an invoice for my employer?

Yes. Ask before paying and provide the billing details you need on it.

What is your refund policy?

A full refund is available up to the start of the second session of either programme, with no explanation required. Full terms are on the refund policy page.

What if I need to postpone?

Group students can move to a later cohort once at no cost. One-to-one sessions can be rescheduled with twenty-four hours' notice.

Are prices inclusive of tax?

[[STATE VAT / SALES TAX TREATMENT]]. Any local taxes or bank charges on your side are yours.

Practical and technical

What do I need to take part?

A computer or tablet, a stable connection, a microphone, a spreadsheet program, and access to your own bank statements for three months.

Do I have to show my face or share my screen?

No. Cameras are optional and nobody is asked to share a screen showing personal figures in the group programme.

Will other students see my financial details?

Not unless you choose to share them. Assignments are submitted privately to the instructor, never to the group.

What happens to the statements I send?

They are used only to prepare your sessions and deleted after the programme ends unless you ask otherwise. See the privacy policy.

Can I take the course from any country?

Yes. Note that tax, credit and consumer protection rules are national, so those parts are taught as principles plus the questions to ask locally.

Is there support after the course finishes?

A check-in at thirty days for group students, and calls at thirty and ninety days for one-to-one students. The materials stay yours permanently.

Suitability and limits

Is this financial advice?

No. It is general education. We do not know your full circumstances, are not licensed to advise you personally, and never recommend specific products. See the disclaimer.

Do you recommend specific investments, stocks or crypto?

Never. We teach principles such as diversification, horizon and cost, and we teach you how to evaluate an offer. Any individual recommendation would be both unhelpful and, in most jurisdictions, unlawful for us to give.

I am in serious debt trouble. Is this the right thing?

Probably not first. If you are behind on essential payments or facing enforcement, free specialist debt advice in your country is the correct first step. Come back afterwards if it is still useful.

I am under eighteen. Can I enrol?

[[STATE YOUR AGE POLICY]]. Where enrolment is permitted, written consent from a parent or guardian is required.

Can two of us share one place?

One place is for one person, because feedback is personal and cohort size is capped. Two people in the same household can each enrol, and there is [[STATE ANY HOUSEHOLD DISCOUNT]].

What if the course is not what I expected?

Say so early. Before the second session you get a full refund with no discussion. After that, tell the instructor what is missing — most complaints are fixable within the programme.

Pick the format that matches how you learn

Group cohorts run every month and cap at twelve people. One-to-one places open a few at a time, because each one takes a fixed block of the week.

Not sure yet? Send a short note about your situation — how many hours a week you have, what you have already tried, and what you want money to do for you. You will get a straight answer about which format fits, or whether neither does.
