What it is
A structured eight-week course that takes you from not knowing where your money goes to having a written plan and one online income route actually started. Everybody begins on the same day and finishes on the same day, which turns out to matter: cohorts that start together finish together far more often than people working alone.
Each week has one live session of ninety minutes, one worksheet, and one assignment that produces a document you keep. The teaching half of each session is recorded; the discussion half is not, so people can speak freely about their situation.
Group size is capped at twelve. That is not a marketing constraint. It is the largest number where everyone can still ask something in the same session.
Week by week
The eight sessions
Each week builds on the one before, which is why the order is fixed.
Week 1: Where the money actually goes
Tracking without shame, a category system that survives real life, and reading three months of statements the way an accountant would. We separate essential, flexible and invisible spending, and find the leaks.
Assignment: Build a complete spending map for the last three months and mark every item you cannot explain.
Week 2: Your numbers on one page
Net worth, monthly cash flow, annual cost of living, and the difference between a cash-flow problem and an income problem. Why the two require opposite responses, and how to tell which one you have.
Assignment: Complete the one-page financial snapshot: assets, liabilities, monthly in, monthly out, annual irregulars.
Week 3: A budget you will not abandon
Four budgeting methods compared honestly, including which kinds of people abandon which. Irregular income, seasonal income and multiple income sources. Automating the boring parts so willpower is not the mechanism.
Assignment: Pick a method, build the budget, and set up the automatic transfers that make it run without you.
Week 4: Buffers, debt and risk
Sizing an emergency fund by actual risk rather than a round number. Where the buffer lives. Debt arithmetic: interest, minimums, avalanche versus snowball, refinancing traps, and negotiating with a lender. Insurance as risk transfer.
Assignment: Build the debt inventory with a payoff order and a dated finish line, and set your buffer target.
Week 5: The map of online income
All fourteen routes, scored on skill required, capital required, time to first payment, ceiling, stability, and the specific way each one fails. Matching routes to what you already have rather than what looks exciting.
Assignment: Score every route against your own skills, hours, capital and risk tolerance. Shortlist three.
Week 6: Choosing and testing one route
Cheap tests before expensive commitments. Defining a single first offer. Where the demand actually is for your shortlist. Setting a realistic first-payment target and the smallest possible version of the work.
Assignment: Choose one route, define one offer, and design a test you can complete in ten days.
Week 7: Getting the first payment
Profiles and portfolios that get replies. Pricing from a floor rather than from fear. Outreach that is not spam. Handling the first client conversation, scope, deposits and delivery. What to do about the first rejection, which is guaranteed.
Assignment: Publish the profile, set the price, and send the first ten approaches. All ten, not two.
Week 8: Keeping it and growing it
Raising rates. Getting paid across borders without losing a fifth in fees. Setting tax aside on the day money arrives. Investing principles: compounding, cost drag, diversification and horizon. Fraud patterns. Your twelve-month review calendar.
Assignment: Complete the review calendar and the twelve-month plan. Bring one question you still have.

If you cannot find three hours in a week, the course will not work for you, and it is better to know that before paying rather than in week four.

Missing a session
Watch the recording and send your questions in the chat; they are answered before the next session. Missing two sessions in a row without doing the assignments usually means restarting with a later cohort, which is free once.
Group etiquette
- What is said in the session stays in the session
- Nobody has to disclose a figure they are uncomfortable sharing
- No selling, recruiting or referral links between students, ever
- Questions are welcome at any level; there is no basic question
